Get Your Course Built in 5 Easy Steps

Step One: Submit an Order

Submit a project order detailing your project to receive a quote based on your transcript length and interactivity level (Level One, Two, or Three).

Step Two: Sign Documents

Submit your 10% deposit, and you will receive a WFH (Work for Hire) Agreement and a SOW (Scope of Work) to sign. These documents outline the responsibilities of both parties, the project details, and the design process step-by-step so you know what to expect.

Step Three: Upload Your Files

You will then receive a link to a secure password-encrypted location to upload your files (transcripts, images, narration files, logos, videos, etc.). You have until the Development Start Date agreed on in the WFH Agreement to finish uploading your files.

Step Four: Review Your Course

We develop your courseware and send you a link to review it and request changes. This begins our 5-step review cycle. Together we’ll iron out the details and edit your course until it looks exactly the way you want it to.

Step Five: Receive Your Final Course Files

After your course is complete, we will package it in a SCORM file so you can upload it to your LMS (Learning Management System) and test it. Once you are satisfied that everything looks right, we will send you the Storyline source file for the course.
