Report Functional Errors in Your Course
If you have any functional errors to report from a course you purchased from BrainBox Education, use the form below. Functional errors include:
- Buttons are not working
- Course navigation errors
- Broken interactions
- Course slides do not advance
If your report is submitted within 60 days of your project’s delivery date, all corrections are free as part of our 60 Day Error-Free Guarantee. However, if you have found any functional errors AFTER the 60 day period, you will need to go to the store page and create a new order. Select “YES” when asked the question: “Is this courseware from a previous order?” Add the title of the courseware and detail the errors you need fixed in the spaces provided on the form.

60 Day Error-Free Guarantee Should any functional errors (e.g. buttons not working, course navigation errors, broken interactions, course slides do not advance) be found within 60 days of the Project Schedule’s completion date, the Client may submit these errors to the Developer to address to the best of their ability free of charge. The review process will follow the same procedures used during development followed by the delivery of the revised work product(s) within 20 days of the submitted request. Any revisions—including those discovered through user-generated feedback—requested after 60 days from the Project Schedule’s completion date will require a new SOW agreement detailing the requested revisions.
