How does the 60 day Error-Free Guarantee work?

First, you need to submit an error report by using our Error Report form in our Support section. Once we receive your report, you will get a confirmation email and a notification of when to expect your courseware back (typically within 20 days from the day the report was submitted). The review process will follow the same procedures used during development.

What if I find errors AFTER the 60 days?

You will need to go to the store page and create a new order. Select “YES” when asked the question: “Is this courseware from a previous order?” Add the title of the courseware and detail the errors you need fixed in the spaces provided on the form.
